QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our Quality Assurance team check every detail of internally manufactured and outsourced products and services to ensure it fully meets our customers exacting standards. We strive to ensure each operation is right first time and our quality department has at their disposal fully calibrated and certified equipment including, Coordinate Measuring Machines, Shadowgraph, Height Gauges as well as conventional measuring equipment, vernier calipers, micrometers and bore micrometers.
Customers can benefit from the knowledge that they can (upon request) receive First Article Inspection (FAI) reports confirming every detail on their drawings and specifications has been fully inspected and recorded. This value added service gives a peace of mind in having the confidence that there is no need for customers quality departments to duplicate the expensive inspection process.
Quality is every staff members responsibility and all activities within the business are guided by a Quality Management System in line with BS EN ISO 9001:2008 to ensure repeatability and standardisation of our processes and full traceability of activity and materials.
